This is a full-service, cutting-edge engineering engagement focused on bridging the gap between complex enterprise customer needs and production-grade software solutions-delivered with speed, precision, and modern AI capabilities. This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, solutions architecture, and applied AI. You will work directly with internal teams and enterprise customers to design, build, and deploy tailored software solutions that extend core SaaS platforms into real-world operational environments. Unlike traditional engineering roles, this engagement is highly embedded and outcome-driven. You are not just building features-you are solving real customer problems in production environments, often under tight constraints, ambiguous requirements, and high expectations for reliability and scale. A core part of this role is leveraging the latest AI technologies-LLMs, agentic systems, and AI-assisted development workflows-to accelerate solution design, implementation, and iteration. You will be expected to move fluidly between rapid prototyping and production-grade engineering, ensuring every solution is both fast to deliver and architecturally sound.
