## About the Role

* 3+ years of hands-on network engineering or network support experience.
 * Active CCNA certification preferred.
 * Strong experience supporting Cisco networking environments.
 * Working knowledge of routing, switching, wireless networking, WAN technologies, VPNs, and TCP/IP.
 * Experience supporting multi-site, branch, retail, campus, or enterprise environments.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.
 * Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and occasional after-hours maintenance activities

ResponsibilitiesNetwork Deployment & Implementation

 * Configure, deploy, and validate routers, switches, wireless access points, and cellular connectivity solutions.
 * Support network refreshes, site turn-ups, upgrades, and infrastructure implementations.
 * Validate connectivity, wireless coverage, routing, failover functionality, and application access.

Network Operations & Support

 * Troubleshoot routing, switching, wireless, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, and voice-related issues.
 * Perform root cause analysis and resolve network outages and performance concerns.
 * Participate in incident response, maintenance windows, and escalation activities.
 * Support ongoing operations of data, voice, wireless, and edge network services.

Documentation & Continuous Improvement

 * Maintain network diagrams, implementation records, configuration documentation, and support procedures.
 * Document troubleshooting efforts, change activities, and operational processes.
 * Assist with monitoring, alert review, configuration validation, and reliability improvements.
