## About the Role

* Experience with ServiceNow scripting fundamentals (JavaScript, Glide APIs)
 * Hands-on experience with ITSM module (required)
 * Understanding of configuration vs. customization xrbllit best practices

·Build and maintain scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes)

·Translate user stories into working configurations and code

·Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, refinement, demos)

·Collaborate with functional analysts to clarify requirements

·Support unit testing, defect resolution, and UAT activities

·Troubleshoot production issues and support platform operations

·Maintain documentation of configurations and technical components
