## About the Role

* Strong hands-on experience with Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, components, variants, and design libraries.
 * Experience designing web applications, dashboards, portals, or enterprise software products.
 * Good understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, information architecture, and usability standards.
 * Experience conducting UI validation, UAT, usability testing, and defect tracking.
 * Ability to interpret business requirements and translate them into practical design solutions.
 * Familiarity with responsive design principles and accessibility guidelines.
 * Understanding of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is desirable.
 * Strong communication, analytical, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
 * Ability to work independently and coordinate effectively with distributed development teams.

## Description

The resource will be responsible for translating business requirements into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces using Figma, validating UI/UX features through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and collaborating with development resources to ensure high-quality implementation.
