The company is undergoing a major operational transformation from manual procurement processes in Excel and Google Forms to a centralized procurement software system. This strategic position reports directly to the CFO & COO and offers the opportunity to lead a project defining the company's internal efficiency and digital maturity for years to come. Key responsibilities * Lead the full implementation of a procurement software (from vendor selection to go-live and user adoption). * Map and redesign all existing manual procurement workflows to ensure automation and scalability. * Collaborate with cloud service providers and suppliers for technical integration and onboarding. * Define approval flows, KPIs, dashboards, and policies for cost and process control. * Develop automations and data flows for real-time visibility and reporting. * Work cross-functionally with IT, Legal, Finance, and Office Management to align with SOC-2 and ISO compliance standards. * Act as a project manager, leading planning, communication, and change management activities. * Promote transparency, process ownership, and collaboration across the organization.
