## About the Role

Subject Matter Expert Normally requires at least sixteen (16) years of experience specific to the skill or occupation. For specific computer languages, systems or technologies, expertise with the subject matter or technology outweighs the number of years of experience.

Requirements: 16 yrs+

 * Demonstrated experience as a lead providing technical expertise and communications.
 * Experience in implementing industry best practices aligned with accessibility standards and agile methodology.
 * Ability to make recommendations that provide business value focused on UX/UI improvements and modernizations.
 * Experience in developing, maintaining, and analyzing web-based applications and service components.
 * Experience in Java development.
 * Experience with cloud technologies.
 * Experience in developing and maintaining AWS environments and interfaces.
 * Experience working with COTS products, including ServiceNow.
 * Experience in the full accreditation lifecycle.
 * Experience managing Tier 1, 2, and 3 support using service management systems.
 * Experience in developing IT support documents and workflows.
 * Experience in maintaining enterprise software, including license renewals, patching, and version updates.

 * Experience working with partner IT organizations.
 * Experience with learning applications.
 * Experience with language, compliance, and performance management applications.
 * Experience with networking and platform hosting technologies.
