## About the Role

* 8+ years of SAP experience with strong focus on Production Planning (PP) and PP/DS
 * Proven hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA PP/DS (embedded or standalone)
 * Strong expertise in:

 * Finite capacity planning
 * Detailed scheduling
 * PP/DS heuristics and optimization

Deep understanding of:

 * MRP and production planning processes
 * Production orders and execution flows

Experience integrating PP/DS with:

 * SAP PP (core manufacturing)
 * Sales demand (SD)

Experience in discrete manufacturing environments with high variability

Ability to translate real-world manufacturing constraints into system logic, * Experience in configure-to-order (CTO) or make-to-order (MTO) environments

 * Exposure to integration with SAP AVC (Advanced Variant Configuration)
 * Experience migrating from Infor or other ERP systems to SAP S/4HANA
 * Prior experience in industries such as:

 * Consumer goods manufacturing
 * Industrial or discrete manufacturing
 * Strong stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation
