4/10 is a schedule in which employees work 10 hour shifts, Monday through Thursday 6 A.M. - 4:30 P.M., with every Friday off. **This position requires an active U.S. Active Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship Required).** (A U.S. Security Clearance that has been active in the past 24 months is considered active) **Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)** : + Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science. + **Senior Level 4:** Typically, 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. + **Lead Level 5:** Typically, 14 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. + **Principal,
Level 6:** Typically, 20 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience or non-US equivalent qualifications. + U.S. Active Security Clearance **Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)** : + 5+ years of experience with radar systems analysis or design. + 5+ years of experience in Digital Signal Processing or Digital Communications algorithms and techniques (equalization, turbo/viterbi coding/decoding, channel estimation, filter design, resampling theory, etc.). + Experience in digital signal processing theory, including the application of fundamental digital signal processing techniques. + Experience with MATLAB for data analysis or modeling and simulation. + Experience in pulse Doppler radar system architectures and design/test practices. + Experience working with operating radar systems and Electronic Warfare designs and testing. + Knowledge of linear signal theory, Fourier
transforms, and communication theory. + RF, electrical transmission, signal processing and modeling in MATLAB. + System test experience including test design, implementation, and execution for breadboard and brassboard hardware. + Experience working in a fast-paced, independent research and development (IRAD) environment. + Familiarity with multiple programming languages and development environments (C++, ADA, Python, etc.) in an Agile environment. + Experience in formal technical writing (i.e.
