## About the Role

* 5 to 9 years of experience in IT project management within financial services, ideally covering operations or regulatory programs
 * Hands-on Jira experience and solid understanding of Agile/Scrum; PMP is a plus
 * Comfortable working across IT Business Analysts, Developers, and non-technical business stakeholders
 * Familiar with back office or post-trade systems (Global Markets context is a strong plus)
 * Degree in Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field

## Description

Location: NYC (Hybrid - at least 3 days onsite/week)

We are seeking a talented IT Project Manager to join our team and work on Global Markets Operations projects. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Agile/Scrum delivery and be passionate about driving post-trade IT initiatives from build through to production.
Role and responsibilities

 * Own and maintain the IT project plan in Jira, keeping it in sync with the global program timeline and flagging risks before they become problems
 * Track IT change requests, budgets, and dependencies end-to-end, adjusting plans as the project evolves
 * Make sure all IT documentation is produced, up to date, and properly archived to meet governance and compliance standards
 * Coordinate testing and deployment activities across IT teams, and stay on top of post-release bugs until closure
 * Communicate project status clearly and regularly to stakeholders across Operations, Compliance, and IT leadership
 * Drive delivery readiness at each phase gate, from UAT through go-live handover to production support
