 * Strong background in network design, administration, and troubleshooting in high-performance environments.
 * Experience supporting Media & Entertainment workflows.
 * Experience with hypervisors including VMware vSphere and Proxmox.
 * Experience with enterprise storage platforms such as PowerScale, Qumulo, NetApp, or similar.
 * Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to operate independently.

## Description

We are seeking a Systems Engineer with deep expertise in firewall administration, networking, and enterprise storage. In this role, you will support complex, production-critical infrastructure environments for media and entertainment clients, ensuring secure, scalable, and high-performing systems., * Administer and maintain enterprise firewall environments (Fortinet and Palo Alto).

 * Support and troubleshoot network infrastructure environments using Cisco, Arista, and Dell technologies
 * Support and optimize enterprise storage systems.
 * Diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues across multi-site environments.
 * Engage directly with clients to provide technical guidance and responsive support.
 * Contribute to infrastructure planning, architecture improvements, and long-term optimization strategies.
