## About the Role

* 2-4 years of hands-on IT support, field deployment, and PC/laptop provisioning experience.
 * Experience deploying and troubleshooting Windows 10/11 environments.
 * Working knowledge of networking, including switches, firewalls, wireless, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
 * Experience with PSA, RMM, documentation, and remote-support tools.
 * Strong customer service, communication, and time-management skills.
 * Valid driver's license.
 * Ability to lift and move IT equipment up to 50 lbs and work in network closets.

Preferred Qualifications

 * MSP experience.
 * Experience with Cisco Meraki, Ubiquiti, Autotask, Datto RMM, and IT Glue or similar platforms.
 * Experience with Intune, Autopilot, and Microsoft 365.
 * CompTIA A+, Network+, Cisco Meraki, or Microsoft 365 certifications.
 * macOS support experience.

## Description

We are seeking an IT Field Engineer to provide hands-on PC deployments, hardware refreshes, onsite troubleshooting, and network equipment installations. When not in the field, you'll support the Service Desk by resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 tickets across multiple client environments.

Role Responsibilities

 * Deploy, configure, replace, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and Windows 10/11 devices.
 * Install and configure switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and network equipment.
 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, firewall, and connectivity issues.
 * Support VLANs, DNS, DHCP, subnetting, Microsoft 365, Intune, and Autopilot.
 * Resolve Tier 1 and Tier 2 remote support tickets when not in the field.
 * Conduct onsite IT assessments and maintain network and site documentation.
 * Coordinate with ISPs, cabling vendors, and hardware providers during installations.
 * Maintain accurate ticket, asset, topology, and client documentation.
