Must have working-hour overlap with U.S. Eastern Time. Position Overview MS SHIFT is looking for an experienced AI Developer to help design, build, and integrate AI-powered features into our software platform. The ideal candidate has strong software development experience combined with hands-on experience building applications using LLMs, AI agents, APIs, and modern AI frameworks. This is a hands-on development role for someone who can take an AI concept from idea to production.
