Job Title

Staff Backend Engineer - Remote, Europe

Base Pay Range

$120,000 - $200,000 per year, plus equity 0.5%-1%

Accountabilities

 * Design, develop, and scale high-traffic backend services, APIs, and runtime systems.
 * Build developer interfaces, SDKs, and tools that enhance developer experience.
 * Collaborate with customers to understand and solve integration challenges.
 * Optimize backend performance, reliability, and scalability.
 * Contribute to open-source repositories and engage with the developer community.
 * Shape the technical roadmap and strategic decisions across the platform.
 * Mentor teammates and support incident response when necessary.
