## About the Role

* 8+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Technical Project Management or similar roles.
 * Strong experience managing complex technology programmes and multiple technical workstreams.
 * Solid understanding of software delivery, system integrations, cloud, data and/or AI environments.
 * Experience working across Engineering, Architecture and Business teams.
 * Previous experience in insurance, banking, consulting or other regulated sectors is highly desirable.
 * Exposure to AI, automation or data-driven initiatives is highly valued.
 * Strong stakeholder management, planning and communication skills.
 * Experience working in Agile and/or hybrid environments.
 * Fluent English and Spanish.

## Description

From Winning Consulting, we are looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to join a strategic transformation project within the insurance sector.

The role will focus on coordinating complex technology initiatives, ensuring alignment across technical teams, business priorities, and programme objectives.

Responsibilities

 * Lead the technical delivery of complex transformation programmes.
 * Coordinate multiple technology workstreams across Engineering, Architecture, Data and AI teams.
 * Manage technical roadmap, dependencies, risks, milestones and delivery priorities.
 * Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical execution.
 * Coordinate technical stakeholders, vendors and cross-functional teams.
 * Identify and manage technical blockers, integration points and programme dependencies.
 * Support the adoption of AI, automation and data-driven solutions within the programme.
 * Provide clear programme reporting and visibility on technical progress, risks and decisions.
