## About the Role

* You possess 10+ years of project management experience in IT environments delivering medium to large-scale projects.
 * You have 3+ years experience specifically with SAP CRM and SAP S/4HANA solutions.
 * You bring a strong knowledge of project management methodologies such as PM², PMBOK, PRINCE2, or Agile.
 * You're experienced in managing cross-application processes and middleware integrations like SAP PI or SAP CPI.
 * You possess professional expertise in stakeholder negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision facilitation.
 * You have experience using JIRA for project tracking and management.
 * Proactive and solution-oriented with excellent executive communication skills.
 * You are fluent in English (C-level) and either Dutch or French (C-level) with at least B2 level in the other language.

Nice to Haves

 * Experience with SAP CDC, CIAM, and SAP Sales & Service Cloud Version 2.
 * Knowledge of ServiceNow for operational workflows.
 * Experience in the railway context or functional domains like lead-to-contract and GDPR.
 * Familiarity with Sqills (S3) integration.
 * Broad functional knowledge of various SAP modules.
