We're continually improving our products and technology, so you'll have opportunities to learn new skills, contribute ideas and grow your technical experience. Level & career progression We're hiring at IC2 (Software Engineer) on our engineering career ladder. At this level, you'll take ownership of individual features, delivering them end-to-end with light oversight, from understanding requirements through to rollout. You'll be expected to work independently on well-defined problems, make sound technical decisions within your area of responsibility and contribute positively to the quality and delivery of your team's work. As you develop, you'll have opportunities to take on more complex challenges, broaden your technical skills and increase your impact across the team.
