As a Junior Data Analyst, you will play an important role in transforming data into meaningful insights that support decision-making, service improvement, and patient care. Whether you are a recent graduate or someone with developed analytical skills looking for your next challenge, we can offer a supportive environment where you can learn, grow and develop your career., The Junior Data Analyst will need a good grounding in mathematics and basic statistics, gained through degree or equivalent study or experience, which they will build on through on-the-job training.

The Junior Data Analyst will develop a working knowledge of relational databases, information reporting / dashboarding and SQL querying, using the organisation's database, reporting and business intelligence tools. Training and support will be provided.

The role requires the post holder to adopt a proactive and flexible approach and a willingness to learn, using initiative in problem solving and knowing when to seek advice.
