## About the Role

Der ideale Kandidat bringt eine abgeschlossene IT-Berufsausbildung, beispielsweise als Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration, oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation aus praktischer Berufstätigkeit mit. Sie sollten sichere Kenntnisse in Windows-Clientsystemen und Microsoft 365 haben sowie praktische Erfahrung in Active Directory, insbesondere in Bezug auf Benutzer, Gruppen und Berechtigungen. Grundlagenkenntnisse im Bereich Netzwerk und VPN sind erforderlich, ebenso wie Vertrautheit mit IT-Sicherheit, Remote-Support-Werkzeugen und Ticketsystemen. Erfahrung mit Exchange 2019 in einer Hybrid-Konfiguration, Microsoft Intune oder Microsoft Entra ID sowie grundlegende PowerShell-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil. Zudem sollten Sie Erfahrung in regulierten Umfeldern wie ISO 17025, ISO 9001, GMP oder NIS2 mitbringen. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) und gute Englischkenntnisse (mindestens B2) sind notwendig, um mit unseren Standorten im Vereinigten Königreich zu kommunizieren. Eine
