## About the Role

Software Engineering is fast paced and dynamic.
You will need to be self-motivated, and highly collaborative to succeed in this role.
Responsibilities: + Partner and collaborate with the program leaders to ensure program objectives are achieved. + Developing your technical and professional skills + Supporting the technical design, development, integration and release of our BAE SYSTEMS Software. + Work closely with product line engineering to ensure alignment and understanding of the required capabilities and functions. + Responsible for implementation of Software Solutions Strategy and processes **Required Education, Experience, & Skills** + BS Degree in Engineering with at least 8 years of work experience, or equivalent experience. + Minimum of 8 years or comparable test engineering related experience preferred. + Good familiarity with the Software Development Process + Experience developing Electronic Warfare systems. + Proficient in the Software Development Life Cycle and Software languages such as C , C# and Python. + Experienced in Real Time Operating Systems such as RedHat and/or RTLinux +
