## About the Role

* At least 2 years of hands-on experience in IT, systems integration, or automation
 * Experience with API and webhook integrations
 * Working knowledge of SQL
 * A scripting language, such as Python or JavaScript
 * Hands-on experience building workflows in n8n
 * Experience working with Supabase (database, auth, APIs)
 * Experience with at least one CRM (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or similar)
 * Ability to learn new platforms quickly and teach yourself from documentation and tutorials
 * Clear communication with non-technical people

Nice to Have

 * GoHighLevel experience or HighLevel certification
 * Counterpoint or other POS system experience
 * Experience with LLM/AI tools and APIs
 * Marketing automation background (email/SMS campaigns, funnels)

## Description

* Connect and automate our systems, including Counterpoint (POS), GoHighLevel, Zoho, Microsoft 365, QuickBooks, and Shopify
 * Learn and take ownership of our GoHighLevel CRM: pipelines, workflows, automations, forms, and lead routing for both Total Offroad & More and Total Appearance
 * Integrate GoHighLevel with our other systems using APIs, webhooks, and n8n
 * Build AI-driven customer follow-up, including automated texts and emails, lead nurturing, and appointment booking
 * Build and maintain automated workflows in n8n, such as our sales and gross-profit reporting
 * Develop and support internal tools, including our vehicle check-in app and dealer photo app
 * Use AI tools (Claude, LLM APIs) to automate reporting, quoting, and day-to-day tasks
 * Provide IT support for the corporate office and store locations for both companies
 * Train store managers and sales staff on the CRM and the tools you build
 * Document everything you build so the business never depends on one person, * You report directly to the owner, so decisions happen fast
