## About the Role

Der ideale Kandidat verfügt über ein abgeschlossenes IT-Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung und bringt mindestens 7 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Betrieb komplexer IT-Services, vorzugsweise im Enterprise-Umfeld, mit. Fundierte Kenntnisse in Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD) sowie in relevanten Infrastrukturkomponenten wie StoreFront und Delivery Controller sind unerlässlich. Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Windows Server Umfeld, einschließlich aktueller Versionen, sowie in Active Directory und Gruppenrichtlinien sind ebenfalls erforderlich. Erfahrung im Scripting, insbesondere mit PowerShell, und idealerweise mit Automatisierungstools wie Ansible sind von Vorteil. Kenntnisse im IT Service Management, vorzugsweise ITIL Foundation, sowie im Security Lifecycle von Services sind wünschenswert. Analytisches Denken, eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten und eine ausgeprägte Kunden- und Ergebnisorientierung sind wichtige persönliche Eigenschaften. Zudem sind verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse und gute
Englischkenntnisse erforderlich.
