## About the Role

Der ideale Kandidat bringt einschlägige Erfahrung als Scrum Master in Softwareentwicklungsprojekten mit und ist zertifiziert in dieser Rolle. Fundierte Kenntnisse in skalierten agilen Frameworks wie SAFe sind ebenfalls erforderlich. Erfahrung in Agile Release Trains (ART) und in der Zusammenarbeit mit mehreren parallel arbeitenden Scrum-Teams sind von Vorteil. Zudem sollten Sie über ausgeprägte Moderations- und Facilitation-Kompetenzen verfügen, um teamübergreifende Workshops und agile Events erfolgreich zu leiten. Ein technisches Grundverständnis für Softwareentwicklungsprozesse, insbesondere CI/CD-Pipelines und Release-Prozesse, ist wichtig. Die Arbeitsweise sollte strukturiert, kommunikativ und lösungsorientiert sein, mit einer hohen Stakeholder- und Serviceorientierung. Erfahrung im Umgang mit komplexen Organisationsstrukturen ist wünschenswert. Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sind Voraussetzung, da Deutsch die Arbeitssprache im Projekt ist.
