Applicants must be U.S. Citizens or lawful Permanent Residents (Green Card holders) authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. **Role Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Scrum Master with program-level delivery experience** to support a **Communications Agile Release Train (ART)** within a large insurance transformation.
This role focuses on agile execution, cross-team dependency management, and coordination with internal platform teams and external vendors in a **co-sourced delivery model** . **Key Responsibilities** + Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) for one or more teams within the Communications ART. + Support **PI Planning** , iteration execution, and ART-level ceremonies in alignment with **SAFe Agile practices** . + Identify, track, and proactively manage dependencies across teams, ARTs, shared services, and third-party vendors. + Coordinate delivery timelines with internal platform/integration teams and external partners. + Remove impediments, manage risks, and drive predictable sprint and PI delivery. + Maintain and communicate program-level status, risks, and dependency dashboards. + Partner closely with RTEs, Product Managers, Product Owners, and Solution Leads.
