 * 4+ years of Workday configuration and support experience.
 * 4+ years of hands-on Workday integration development experience.
 * Experience administering Workday security and access controls.
 * Strong Workday reporting and analytics experience.
 * Experience supporting multiple Workday modules, including:

## Description

The Workday Integration Analyst is responsible for the design, development, support, and optimization of Workday integrations, reporting solutions, and security administration across the Workday ecosystem. This role serves as a technical subject matter expert partnering with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and external vendors to ensure reliable data exchange, secure access management, and actionable reporting that support business operations and strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate combines strong Workday technical expertise with analytical skills and a customer-focused approach to deliver scalable, secure, and efficient solutions.

What will you do...

Workday Integrations

 * Design, develop, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using:
 + EIB
 + Core Connectors
 + Studio
 + Cloud Connect
 + Workday Web Services (WWS)
 + Workday APIs
 * Manage inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems including Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Identity Management, Learning, and ERP platforms.
 * Monitor integration performance and proactively resolve issues.
 * Coordinate integration testing for Workday releases and business initiatives.
 * Develop integration documentation, support procedures, and technical specifications.
 * Partner with vendors and internal teams to troubleshoot and optimize data interfaces.
 * Ensure integration solutions follow enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.

Reporting & Analytics

 * Develop and maintain:
 + Advanced Reports
 + Matrix Reports
 + Composite Reports
 + Dashboards
 + Discovery Boards
