You will be consistently evaluating the status quo, proposing and advocating for new ways to increase value to business., * Manage a team of 3-5 business intelligence analysts, mentoring and directing day-to-day responsibilities * Collect and refine data from business teams to use in analytical analysis * Utilize data to run internal marketing models on a monthly basis and share monthly insights with product owners * Run deep dive and ad-hoc analyses for product owners on as-needed basis * Drive omni channel strategy through holistic, cross-channel analyses * Drive data and modeling technological advancements to improve level and efficiency of analyses as well as hygiene * Determine the best method to gather, model, manipulate and present data.
