## About the Role

 * Familiarity with network infrastructure concepts and the ability to troubleshoot common connectivity and performance issues.

 * Exposure to Dell technologies and Citrix environments within enterprise IT operations.

## Description

* Administer and support Windows-based server environments, ensuring stable performance, availability, and timely issue resolution.

 * Manage identity and access services through Active Directory and Entra, including user administration, permissions, and policy enforcement.

 * Provide support for endpoint management tools such as Intune to maintain device compliance, configuration, and deployment standards.

 * Oversee Microsoft 365 administration and assist with SharePoint organization, maintenance, and content cleanup efforts.

 * Troubleshoot and support core network components, helping maintain connectivity, performance, and dependable daily operations.

 * Deliver desktop and user support for Windows 10 environments, resolving hardware, software, and access-related issues.

 * Maintain and support infrastructure involving Dell technologies and Citrix platforms where needed across the environment.
