 * 2+ years of experience working within Agile methods, including Scrum or Kanban, or the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) on multi-team technology programs.
 * Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
 * Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.

Preferred:

 * Experience participating in architecture discussions involving service-design patterns, event-driven architectures, application programming interface-led integration, and cloud-native deployment models for banking and capital markets platforms.
 * Experience creating executive-ready materials that communicate technical requirements, solution designs, delivery status, or recommendations to business and technology stakeholders.
 * Experience with cloud services for data, compute, orchestration, and security or compliance in regulated financial platforms.
 * Implementation experience with one or more enterprise banking platforms in an integration, data, or platform delivery role.
 * Experience in commercial banking, retail and consumer banking, payments, wealth management, or capital markets.
 * Master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering, or a Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma, or Lean certification.

 * Assessing current-state processes, platforms, and integrations; define target-state designs and implementation priorities.
 * Creating process documentation, business and technical requirements, and data or integration specifications for technology delivery.
 * Collaborating with business owners, operations leaders, and technology teams to align platform decisions with operating needs and measurable outcomes.
 * Present findings and recommendations to senior client stakeholders and support execution of approved transformation initiatives.
