## Description

Our mission relies on a team full of inspiring, customer obsessed people, and we re looking for an IT Technician with a genuine interest in technology and experience supporting Windows and Microsoft 365 to provide first-line IT support across Quickline.

This role is based onsite at our Willerby office, Hull.

Here s why you ll love this role

 - Be the first point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, supporting colleagues across Quickline

 - Diagnose and resolve common device, account, application and connectivity issues

 - Build, configure and deploy laptops, desktops, mobile devices and other equipment

 - Support joiners, movers and leavers, while maintaining accurate asset and stock records

 - Develop your technical knowledge by working alongside the Service Desk, SPMC and wider Engineering teams
