* Formal training or certification on solutions analysis concepts and advanced applied experience
 * Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support solutions analysis workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience is preferred. Program and product operations certifications (for example, PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, or similar) are preferred.

 * Data Proficiency: Experience with data analysis techniques and major visualization platforms.
