This position involves overseeing and delivering strategic digital initiatives to enhance organisational impact, requiring coordination across diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve key project outcomes. This is a new role created to establish and lead the delivery infrastructure for digital transformation, under the overall accountability of the Head of digital, while supporting the wider Digital Team to work in a more consistent, effective and joined-up way. The role will advise on and recommend effective delivery approaches; set up, embed and continuously improve programme, project and team processes; manage priority digital projects; line manage three roles; and help balance transformation activity with business-as-usual digital delivery as the operating model matures.
