## About the Role

An impressive global firm is looking for an enthusiastic IT Support Analyst to join its sizeable technology team in Central London. Please note this role is hybrid - you'll work from home 2 days per week with 3 days in the office.

Working as part of a collaborative team you will provide 2 nd line support for internal IT queries so excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanour are essential. It is expected that you will have proven experience with Office 365, Intune, Exchange Online, Azure AD, Entra ID, Endpoint Manager, Windows 11 and hardware support.
