## Description

* Übernahme der Gesamtverantwortung für die Administration, den stabilen Betrieb und die strategische Weiterentwicklung unserer Citrix-Umgebung (Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops / Citrix ADC)
 * Planung, Installation, Konfiguration sowie Durchfôhrung von Migrationen
 * Management und Optimierung unserer Windows-Server-Infrastruktur inklusive Active Directory, Group Policies und FSLogix zur Sicherstellung einer performanten und konsistenten Systemlandschaft
 * Analyse, Troubleshooting und nachhaltige Problembehebung komplexer Störungen im gesamten Citrix-Stack sowie fortlaufende Performanceoptimierung
 * Automatisierung zentraler Betriebs- und Administrationsprozesse mittels PowerShell sowie Erstellung und Pflege von Golden Images (MDT, Baramundi) für regelmäßige Release- und Plattform-Updates
 * Enge Abstimmung mit der IT-Security zur Einhaltung aktueller Sicherheitsanforderungen und Gewährleistung eines robusten, sicheren Citrix-Betriebs
