## About the Role

An impressive global firm is looking for an enthusiastic IT Helpdesk Analyst to join its sizeable technology team in London. Please note the role is hybrid - you'll work from home 2 days per week with 3 days in the office.

## Description

You will monitor, triage and resolve support tickets coming into the IT Service Desk, providing 1 st and some 2 nd line support for system and hardware issues.
