## About the Role

Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced S2P Process and Systems Lead to spearhead the transition, implementation, and ongoing optimisation of their end-to-end Source-to-Pay (S2P) capabilities. This pivotal role is designed for a strategic thinker who thrives in a collaborative environment, influencing cross-functional teams and driving continuous improvement across a complex stakeholder landscape., * Degree-level qualification or equivalent experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.

 * Significant experience in leading procurement process and systems transformation initiatives within large, regulated organisations.
 * Proven expertise in designing and optimising end-to-end S2P processes, including sourcing, contracting, purchasing, and supplier management.
 * Strong understanding of procurement technologies (e.g., Coupa, SAP Ariba) and experience in implementing these solutions.
 * Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively influence and engage senior leaders., * Professional qualifications in Procurement, Supply Chain, Project Management, or Business Analysis (e.g., MCIPS, PRINCE2).
 * Experience in establishing enterprise-wide S2P frameworks and governance arrangements.
 * Background in the gas, utilities, or regulated industries is advantageous.
