* 10+ years of Network Engineering experience
 * 3+ years leading engineering teams or technical staff
 * Strong enterprise and data center networking background
 * Deep expertise with:
 * BGP
 * OSPF
 * MPLS
 * VXLAN
 * Multicast (PIM)
 * WAN routing and switching
 * Experience designing highly available, mission-critical environments xrbllit
 * Hands-on network automation experience using Python and APIs
 * Strong project leadership and stakeholder management skills

Preferred

 * Experience in financial services, capital markets, trading, or high-frequency trading environments
 * Experience with low-latency network design and optimization
 * Knowledge of Arista, Cisco, and Juniper networking platforms
 * Experience with:
 * Ansible
 * NetBox
 * Grafana
 * Prometheus
 * CCIE or other advanced networking certifications

## Description

We're seeking a hands-on Network Engineering leader to manage and mentor a team of engineers supporting one of the world's most demanding low-latency trading environments.

This role combines people leadership, technical strategy, and project execution. You'll oversee the design, performance, and evolution of a global network infrastructure that supports mission-critical financial systems where reliability, speed, and stability are essential.

What You'll Do

 * Lead and develop a team of 6 Network Engineers across the Americas
 * Drive network architecture, modernization, and strategic infrastructure projects
 * Represent Network Engineering in cross-functional project meetings
 * Partner with security, operations, cloud, and application teams
 * Serve as a senior technical escalation point for complex networking issues
 * Support automation initiatives that improve scalability and operational efficiency
 * Help define networking standards, best practices, and future technology direction
