## Description

* Du unterstützt bei der Integration und dem Betrieb moderner IT-Systeme in einer internationalen IT-Landschaft
 * Du arbeitest an der Planung und Umsetzung unserer globalen Netzwerk- und Cloud-Infrastruktur mit
 * Du unterstützt Anwender bei der Auswahl geeigneter Lösungen und hilfst bei technischen Fragestellungen im Alltag
 * Du begleitest die Einführung neuer Systeme und unterstützt beim Betrieb und der Weiterentwicklung unserer IT-Umgebung
 * Du analysierst und behebst Störungen und lernst dabei moderne Diagnose- und Monitoring-Tools kennen z.B. CheckMK
 * Du erhältst Einblicke in verschiedene IT-Bereiche wie Netzwerke, Cloud und zentrale Unternehmenssysteme wie SAP
 * Ergänzt wird Deine Ausbildung durch den Besuch der Berufsschule am Heinz-Nixdorf-Berufskolleg, Essen, im Blockunterricht
