 * Be an early applicant, Bei ibc entwickelst und betreust du Anwendungen auf Mainframe-Basis - von der Anforderungsanalyse über Implementierung und Tests bis zur Optimierung im Betrieb. Je nach Erfahrung übernimmst du mehr Verantwortung (Senior/Lead) oder bekommst ein strukturiertes Onboarding (Junior)., * Mitarbeit in einem agilen Team (Scrum): Umsetzung von Tickets, Bugfixing, Tests
 * Verständnis für Batch- und Online-Verarbeitung aufbauen (z. B. JCL, DB-Zugriffe)
 * Schrittweise Übernahme eigener Module/Komponenten

Als Senior (mehrjährige Erfahrung):

 * Weiterentwicklung geschäftskritischer COBOL-Anwendungen (Batch & Online)
 * Technische Analyse komplexer Anforderungen und Lösungsdesigns
 * Performance-/Stabilitätsoptimierung, Fehleranalyse, nachhaltige Wartbarkeit
