## About the Role

We are seeking experienced Data Center Technicians with a strong background in server troubleshooting, break/fix diagnostics, rack and stack, and data center operations. This is not a desktop support, help desk, or basic remote hands position., * 2+ years of hands-on data center experience

 * Experience troubleshooting server hardware failures
 * Strong break/fix and root cause analysis skills
 * Rack & stack experience
 * Structured cabling experience
 * Experience working with enterprise servers and data center hardware
 * Familiarity with Linux environments
 * Experience using BIOS, iLO, iDRAC, BMC, or similar management tools
 * Strong communication and teamwork skills

Preferred Experience

 * Liquid cooling environments
 * Hyperscale or large-scale data centers
 * Firmware upgrades and server provisioning
 * Network troubleshooting and switch connectivity support
 * Log collection and hardware diagnostics for RMA processes

Important

This position requires hands-on hardware troubleshooting. Candidates whose experience is primarily limited to desktop support, help desk, remote support, or basic part replacement without diagnosing the underlying issue will not be a fit.

Successful candidates will be able to clearly explain their experience troubleshooting servers, isolating failures, supporting infrastructure, and working within a production data center environment.

## Description

We are looking for technicians who can independently diagnose hardware issues, identify root causes, perform repairs, and support critical infrastructure in a fast-paced data center environment.
What You'll Do

 * Diagnose and troubleshoot server hardware issues
 * Isolate failures and perform true break/fix remediation
 * Replace defective hardware and coordinate RMA processes
 * Collect logs and supporting data for hardware escalations
 * Rack, stack, cable, and deploy servers and network equipment
 * Configure server settings, firmware, and management interfaces
 * Support network teams with cabling, optics, connectivity, and hardware-related issues
 * Perform hardware upgrades and component replacements
 * Monitor system health and respond to operational issues
 * Document work performed and communicate updates during incidents
 * Assist with infrastructure deployments and ongoing operations
