## About the Role

* Demonstrated people-management experience leading technical teams, including performance management, coaching, workload planning, and delivery accountability.
 * Strong technical background in vulnerability remediation, infrastructure operations, and enterprise patch management.
 * Working knowledge of network-device updates, cloud and server environments, and Windows and macOS endpoint patching
 * Ability to interpret vulnerability assessments and vendor advisories, evaluate dependencies, and challenge remediation plans constructively.
 * Experience coordinating change management, patch testing, phased deployment, rollback planning, and post-deployment validation.

Preferred:

 * Experience leading a global remediation or infrastructure operations function of comparable scale.
 * Familiarity with vulnerability assessment, endpoint management, patch orchestration, asset inventory, and service-management platforms
