## Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented IT Technician to join our technology support team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and network systems.  * Support network infrastructure by diagnosing and resolving problems with LAN (Local Area Network), TCP/IP protocols, DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and network connectivity issues.
 * Assist with Active Directory management, including user account creation, permissions, GPO (Group Policy Object) configuration, and account troubleshooting.
 * Maintain help desk systems by logging incidents, tracking resolutions, and ensuring timely follow-up on customer support tickets.
 * Support software troubleshooting efforts for applications such as Microsoft Office suite and other enterprise tools.
