In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development, testing, and maintenance of scalable integration architectures using JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js. You will design robust REST APIs, webhooks, and event-driven AWS serverless workflows (including Lambda, SQS, and Step Functions) to seamlessly sync data with external accounting platforms. Additionally, you will diagnose and resolve complex system issues, mentor junior engineers, and leverage modern AI-assisted development tools to ensure maximum accuracy, performance, and reliability across our integrations.

You will take full ownership of high-volume, event-driven serverless systems, leverage AI-assisted tools to accelerate innovation, and mentor fellow engineers while tackling complex engineering challenges that directly impact the daily operations of thousands of commercial contractors., * Lead the development, testing, and maintenance of scalable codebase for complex accounting integrations and other products as necessary.

 * Proactively identify, diagnose, and resolve critical issues, implementing preventative measures to guarantee accuracy and reliability.
 * Collaborate with and mentor junior engineers, fostering best practices in advanced software engineering principles and techniques.
 * Establish comprehensive documentation for code, and processes to enable seamless team collaboration and knowledge transfer.
 * Manage daily workload effectively between many priorities., Provides technical leadership for designing, developing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Dataverse, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform solutions.
