## About the Role

* Four (4) years of experience in computer/electronic systems hardware/software troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair plus one technical certification relevant to the role
 * OR six (6) years of experience in computer/electronic systems hardware/software troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair
 * Customer service orientation and strong organizational skills
 * Ability to work weekends, holidays, rotating shifts, and both scheduled and unscheduled overtime as needed, * Bachelor's degree in MIS/IT related field and two (2) years of experience supporting onboard technologies in mining or similar industrial environments

## Description

Under general supervision, you will provide advanced support for a wide range of technologies used in Mine Operations. This includes installing and maintaining onboard IT hardware for fleet management, safety, and operational systems, as well as wireless clients and 2-way radios. You'll perform advanced troubleshooting to minimize downtime, support wireless networking and data communications systems, and assist in the execution of Mine Technologies projects. Your role also includes mentoring peers, configuring and monitoring wireless infrastructure, and contributing to the design and implementation of network projects. You'll work with low voltage onboard devices and mobile infrastructure systems, and perform other duties as assigned.
