## About the Role

## Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator to join our IT Operations team at our Earth City, MO headquarters. This is a 100% on-premise position, ideal for a hands-on professional with strong system administration experience, particularly in on-site infrastructure and enterprise systems.

You'll play a key role in managing our internal systems, supporting users, and contributing to infrastructure and security initiatives. The right candidate will be comfortable in a dynamic environment with varied responsibilities-from server management to application support., * Maintain, monitor, and optimize physical and virtual server infrastructure (Windows/Linux).

 * Administer Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and related core services.
 * Support and improve virtualization environments (VMware, Hyper-V).
 * Perform routine patching, backups, and system health monitoring.
 * Provide Tier 2/3 support for service desk escalations.
 * Create and maintain system documentation and SOPs.
 * Assist with endpoint management and software deployment.
 * Coordinate with security teams on vulnerability remediation and incident response.
 * Participate in after-hours upgrades, maintenance windows, and on-call rotations.
