## About the Role

* 3+ years of software engineering experience
 * Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems or LLM applications in production
 * Strong backend engineering and database design skills in Python
 * Background xrbllit at a high-growth startup or infrastructure company is beneficial
 * Experience with security, sandboxing or distributed systems is a plus

## Description

You'll join a team of experienced engineers who have built widely used open-source data tools, and you'll own real parts of the platform from day one. This is hands-on work on an agent that writes, runs, debugs and tests code for enterprise customers.

Typical work includes:

 * Building the AI coding agent that generates, runs and debugs application code
 * Developing the agent's memory layer so it learns each customer's schema, APIs and systems
 * Working on sandboxing and code isolation so generated code runs safely
 * Designing backend services and data models behind the platform
 * Improving how the agent tests and QAs the apps it builds
