## About the Role

* 3+ years of experience performing strategic communications and CM functions in a professional environment
 * Experience developing communication and CM strategies and plans
 * Experience using digital tools such as SharePoint, CRM systems, AI, or LLMs, to execute communications and CM initiatives
 * Knowledge of structured change frameworks such as ADKAR, and stakeholder analysis tactics such as audience mapping
 * Ability to draft, edit, and refine a wide variety of written communication products using correct grammar and style for different audiences
 * Ability to develop relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels and become a trusted advisor
 * Secret clearance
 * Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:

 * 5+ years of experience working in a professional environment
 * Experience with media monitoring and analytic tools
 * Experience briefing senior leaders and working with DoW personnel
 * Experience supporting Agile teams, website development, or digital transformation projects
 * Knowledge of human resources (HR), business operations, or finance
 * Master's degree
 * CM Certification such as PROSCI or CCMP Certification
