## About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer who is passionate about building high-quality mobile applications and driving technical excellence. This role goes beyond coding-you will lead initiatives, mentor team members, and take full ownership of delivering impactful mobile experiences for our customers., * 5+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 3 years of hands-on React Native development.

 * Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, React Native, and modern mobile application architecture.
 * Experience developing and deploying applications for both iOS and Android.
 * Familiarity with native iOS and Android modules is a plus.
 * Proven ability to lead technical projects and mentor developers in a fast-paced environment.
 * Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and influence technical decisions.
 * Experience with CI/CD pipelines and mobile deployment tools such as EAS, Bitrise, Jenkins, or similar platforms.
 * Knowledge of state management solutions such as Redux, Zustand, Context/Providers, or comparable technologies.
 * Experience working with RESTful APIs and development tools such as Postman and Swagger/OpenAPI.
 * Experience using AI-powered development tools and technologies, including LLMs, GitHub Copilot, Claude, MCP, or similar tools.
 * Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing, version control, and modern engineering practices.

## Description

* Architect, develop, and maintain scalable React Native applications for iOS and Android platforms.
 * Take end-to-end ownership of features, from concept and design through development, testing, deployment, and ongoing improvement.
 * Lead technical initiatives and contribute to architectural decisions that support scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
 * Mentor junior and mid-level developers, promote engineering best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning.
 * Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless and intuitive user experiences.
 * Establish and enforce coding standards, testing strategies, performance practices, and development processes.
 * Identify opportunities to improve application performance, reliability, security, and overall user experience.
 * Stay current with emerging mobile technologies, frameworks, development methodologies, and AI-powered engineering tools.
 * Evaluate and introduce new tools and technologies that improve engineering productivity and product quality.
