## Description

Keystone Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior IT Project Manager with strong Salesforce / CRM expertise for a consultancy mission at a client site. This role involves leading complex CRM transformation and integration projects as part of a multi-year digital transformation programme aimed at modernising IT and Data environments, improving business processes, and strengthening internal capabilities., * Lead Salesforce / CRM projects from initiation to deployment and operational handover.

 * Manage scope, planning, budget, quality, risks, and dependencies.
 * Coordinate Salesforce specialists, IT/Data teams, business stakeholders, and external suppliers.
 * Oversee CRM configuration, customisation, integration, and data migration activities.
 * Ensure alignment between CRM solutions, business processes, and enterprise architecture.
 * Coordinate testing, user acceptance, deployment, and transition to RUN.
 * Manage dependencies with other applications, platforms, and digital transformation projects.
 * Ensure clear reporting, timely escalation, and compliance with programme governance.
 * Anticipate delivery issues and propose pragmatic corrective actions.
