## About the Role

A degree from a university or university of applied sciences in Industrial Engineering, Technical Informatics, Business Informatics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or a comparable field

5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing

Experience in Maintenance Engineering (MNT) and/or Unit Process Engineering (UPE)
*

Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to transform complex data into actionable insights
*

A high level of data affinity and enthusiasm for data-driven decision making
*

Preferred vibe-coding and AI assistant knowledge
*

Experience with SQL, Tableau, and project management methodologies
*

Knowledge of statistical analysis and reporting concepts

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in an international environment

## Description

* Lead and drive sub-projects and improvement initiatives within the Maintenance & Equipment Engineering organization
 * Develop, sustain, and continuously improve KPI reporting solutions to enable data-driven decision-making across multiple Frontend sites
 * Coordinate gap analyses and root cause investigations to identify performance improvement opportunities and ensure sustainable implementation of corrective actions
 * Analyze operational and equipment-related data to identify trends, uncover optimization potential, and contribute to profitability improvements
 * Collaborate with cross-functional and international teams to standardize reporting, methodologies, and best practices
 * Support the definition and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) for maintenance and equipment engineering processes
