You will bring your deep expertise in system architecture from day one, guiding the team and shaping the technical vision needed to build high-volume POS and menu integrations that keep global brands running smoothly.
Key Ingredients for the Role:As part of the JET Connect team, you won't just be writing code; you'll be building high-volume POS and menu integrations that support global brands like McDonald's, KFC, and Domino's across 10+ countries. Here's what you'll get to do:
Build, scale, and lead in Go: Architect, develop, and maintain robust, high-throughput microservices and complex features in Go.
Drive system design and architecture: Lead the design and implementation of highly scalable solutions, shaping the wider integration architecture and steering technical discussions.
Champion system health: Define observability standards and lead weekly signal channel reviews to proactively resolve production anomalies before they impact our partners.
Elevate engineering standards: Mentor mid-level and junior engineers, lead collaborative debugging sessions for complex problems, and drive best practices across the engineering team.
Collaborate across teams: Partner strategically with product and delivery teams to ensure our integrations roll out smoothly and reliably across international markets.
