We seek a proactive problem solver with a solid foundation. Here's what we'd love to see: Solid Go experience: A few years of commercial experience writing clean, efficient, and testable code in Go. A proactive mindset: You actively seek ways to improve the codebase, fix bugs, and streamline processes. An SRE mindset: You care deeply about what happens after your code goes live, focusing on maintaining and improving production services. Great communication: Comfortable "working out loud" and explaining technical concepts to non-technical folks. Quality first: Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD) and openness to pair programming when tackling complex problems. AI-Assisted Development: Comfortable using AI coding assistants and LLMs to enhance your daily workflow. AWS Cloud Services: Hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services, including DynamoDB, SNS, SQS, and S3. Bonus points: Previous experience in an international company or with high-volume transactional systems (like POS or e-commerce). Experience with Kafka is also a strong plus.
